Winy Maas, co-founder and principal architect of MVRDV will present public art depot for the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen in occasion of MUSEA20. The event has been organized by Atelier Néerlandais, a platform for Dutch cultural entrepreneurs. It is part of the Dutch embassy in Paris, which founded and finances the Atelier Néerlandais in 2014.
Wednesday, 20 November, from 12.00 - 14.00 h, Dutch museums will present their programming to the French media. Winy Maas and MVRDV Partner Jan Knikker will talk about the Depot with its unique features, not only because of the form and the stunning mirrored cladding, but also because of the fact that 99% of the art works of the collection will be visible or accessible to the public.
