Mick van Gemert, Associate Architect at MVRDV, is invited to speak at the virtual 4th International Landscape Forum "Green Arrow"

Landscape plays a role in all MVRDV projects, figuring either prominently or modestly, or literally or metaphorically. The urban designs and buildings are strongly rooted in their landscapes, as well as containing it within. These sometimes appear to be designed landscapes, or are simply fertile ground for more green to take root.

Mick van Gemert will discuss the many forms of landscape concepts used within the studio while discussing recent projects in The Netherlands and abroad. For example Westerpark West and Valley in Amsterdam (NL), Nieuw Bergen in Eindhoven (NL) and Mission Rock in San Francisco (USA).
