On June 10 at 12:30, our partner Frans de Witte will join a lunch session at the PROVADA 2026 in the RAI Amsterdam to discuss our design and vision behind Eleven Home – the tallest future residential tower of Amsterdam – and the encompassing masterplan of Eleven Square, together with Richard de Jong of Ballast Nedam Development.

MVRDV designed the masterplan Eleven Square – a mixed-use district with around 700 apartments, student housing, public spaces, offices, and commercial spaces opposite the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Eleven Home – also designed by MVRDV – is a 43-storey, 145-metre tower at the heart of the masterplan that will shape Amsterdam-Zuidoost’s skyline. Apartments feature natural light, panoramic views, and private loggias, while the blue-to-green façade reflects the surroundings.
