On October 22, MVRDV Founding Partner Winy Maas will give a keynote at the Best of Architecture Summit in Munich. The theme of this year’s conference is "Architecture in a Time of Upheaval: Building While the World is Falling Apart".

In his presentation titled "From Scarcity to Creativity: Architecture Beyond Fear", Winy will challenge the prevailing narrative of crisis and limitation, advocating for optimism, imagination, and radical new possibilities for our cities.

The keynote asks not what is no longer possible, but what can still be imagined, transformed, and achieved. It will be an invitation to rethink constraints as catalysts for innovation and to reclaim architecture's capacity to conceive a better future.
