On Friday December, Marta Pozo, Director of MVRDV Asia, attended the SLA Annual Forum and shared the project of Market Hall, which was previously opened in October 2014 in Rotterdam.

Even since the opening in October 2014, the Market Hall in Rotterdam has become a hot topic in Chinese Architecture world. Everyone  who know about this project is curious about its design, realization and the stories behind it. Taking the chance of SLA Annual Forum themed on urban development and design management, Ms. Marta Pozo, Director of MVRDV Asia, was invited to offer a lecture about Market Hall and the feasibility of such creative design. 

SLA is a local architect which vigorously promotes architectural discussions and exchanges within Shanghai. Many local developers, design institutes and media professionals including OMA, Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei, Inc., Wonders, Sincere Group, Dream Factory, Hunan TV, Poly Group were invited and attended the forum in Shanghai Science Hall.
