MVRDV co-founder Winy Maas will be taking part in a ‘Lunch with an Architect’ event in Brussels on the 6th June. The talk will look at the design philosophies and DNA behind the works of MVRDV and The Why Factory, as well as exploring how Brussels can improve as a city and what the role of the architect should be in this.
Lunch with an Architect is a multi-platform event which hopes to use discussion to improve the quality of architecture in Brussels. Three Lunch with an Architect events happen each year, with previous guests including Kengo Kuma and Xaveer de Geyter.
