From the organisers

"As a result of an eight-hour long meeting the Jury selected six teams out of 90 applications. The main criteria was composition of a consortium, consisting of representatives of various specialties, and consortium portfolio. On 27 September 2013 the six participants will provide landscape and architectural concepts for Zaryadye park. After the technical expertise these projects will be presented to the Jury early November 2013. And later on the Winner will be involved in implementation of the project."
